I have constipation problems, and my hypothesis is one cause of this is poor protein digestion. This is because I believe that constipation gets worse when I take a supplement with protein in it, such as whey protein. Does this make sense?

Make sure you have plenty of high fibre foods every day!

Yes I have lots of fiber like fruits and vegetables. My doc thinks that my constipation may also be caused in part by low digestive enzymes, so she sent me some supps.
