I still get anxiety if I do omega3's, I even tried macadamia nut oil, which has a relatively high amount of omega 3 I believe, at a 1:1 ratio to omega 6, and that still gave me the same feelings. I wish I could figure why this happens, it's got to be some process in my body that isn't working quite right, but I don't know how to figure this out or who to go to, I guess if I could find a digestive doctor, but they are hard to find because most of them seem to be GI doctors who are mainstream doctors and who don't even believe that food can cause digestive problems. Lol I'll figure this out some day.
