I'm just curious what people think about soy products. Do you use soy products often? I've heard that soy is not digestible by humans, unless it is in fermented form, like tempeh. I drank lots of soy milk a few months ago, and it was good with cereal until I realized that soy milk is not good for people, and can cause malabsorption of nutrients, as far as I know. Soy is used a lot in foods. It as all over the place in health food stores. I see it in ingredients in many types of foods, especially soy oil and soy lecithin. Apparently soy also has really high levels of oestrogen. Let us know if you have a view on soy. I still haven't figured out if soy lecithin is ok to eat. Go to INDEX and then look for soy for more studies.

Thanks, those studies seem also to be skeptical of soy products.
