Maybe this is because my gut and digestive system in the process of healing. I think this stuff got messed up from years of eating unhealthy, drinking, especially stuff like gluten. So I think this is not a long term trend. But I usually seem to get digestive discomfort in the late evening, and this can happen if I eat different foods, so it's not the same foods. I know this is vague, but maybe someone has some ideas.

i don't know a lot about digestion, but things i have read that aid digestion is things like making sure you are sat down, eat slowly and chew properly, not doing anything that diverts energy away from the digestion proces (even stuff like talking) , eating meals proportionate to your bodys needs (an office worker doesn't eat like a builder).
another idea i have read to help the digestive process is to have a day of rest at least once a week and eat mainly fluid food. (a detox of sorts, ties in with a thread i want to make)

Yes I agree with that stuff, I've read similar stuff. But that's a good idea with fluid food once a week. I go vegetarian on weekends, maybe I should go fluid on monday, 4 days of meat, then wknd of vegetarian. Haha that sounds decent. I juice vegetables every so often so I could do that more hardcore on that day.
