Persons suffering with narcolepsy endure symptoms cyclically. Symptoms can also be exacerbated by stress and excitement of any kind, often in the form of cataplexy or extended periods of sleep disturbances.
Thus far, I've taken note of the resources for hypoglycemia as potentially helpful for decreasing the amount of strain a person receives from stress. Additionally, I'm wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of other resources, research, diet and nutritional recommendations more specific to narcolepsy.
