INDEX TO VARIOUS ARTICLES AND TOPICS
For those who are interested in self-help means of obtaining a fuller understanding of the nutritional aspects of mood disorders I have designed a a web page that will send you in all sorts of directions to read articles on specific topics.
This web page can be found at

Articles can be found via an index of various authors or by simply searching for a word or term about which you want to read. For example search for the term ":Bipolar Disorder" and you'll find four articles discussing this topic.
"Obesity" gives you five references. If you reduce a term to a common abbreviation you get even more articles.
For instance, instead of looking for "addiction" or "addicted" look for "addict" and this gives you a wider range of topics dealing with "addiction".
I will try to update this web page as we go along or as requested.
